Amanda was first introduced to yoga through an elective course during college. After two more years of education, she later returned to her hometown, married her soulmate, and thankfully  reconnected with a yoga practice at Crescent Yoga Center. . The following fall, she began a teacher training course and soon after discovered she was pregnant.

She is now a Registered Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance. Her connection with yoga deepened greatly during and after her first pregnancy and is currently serving her well during her second one.

Her classes are light-hearted with a focus on breath awareness, alignment and energy flow.

Amanda continues to seek new paths on this journey and she spends a great deal of her time loving her family, playing in creation and exploring art with a variety of great folks at Sulphur Springs School.

Vicky Smith was born and raised in Morristown Tennessee and she has lived in Greeneville for the past 12 years.

Vicky started practing yoga at home with books to help gain strength in her lower back. She had been in a car accident and sustained many injuries to the back. After usuccessfull surgeries to relieve the pain she turned to natural methods. During the process of being a student for over a year to Vicky's surprise she had gained strength not only physically (for her especialy in the back) but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually. She decided that she would like to share all of the experiences that she has gained in being a student with others and became certified to teach in June of 2005. Vicky received her training certification through "International Sports Medicine Association – American Aerobic Association International". She loves teaching and loves being a student.

"I love the way yoga is so Universal. Whatever is your size, shape, or height your body can adjust to each pose and you can make each pose your own."
