Offered Classes

“Open Asanas” This is a fun class exploring the joy of awareness, understanding and alignment of open postures within yoga. A great way to start your week.

“Energetic Flow” We’ll get into the asanas through creative flows / sequences towards expanding the energy awareness within our bodies. This is a “very moving” class.

“Exploring Space” On this practice, the exploration of our body in space will be done through the awareness of balance, alignment, movement, stillness, breath and feel within the postures (‘asanas’).

“Early Immersion” Meditation, mudras and Sun salutations (‘surya namaskar’) preparing the bodies for the day ahead!

“Gentle Flow” Gentle Flow is a slow paced class connecting specific movements and asanas(postures) within a flow of breath, joy and renewal ! A very graceful class.

“Sun-Moon Flow” A more gentle approach on the exploration of the parallels within ourselves – right-left, male-female, mental-emotional, sun-moon. Prepare to go a little more within.

“Dynamic Asanas” If you are familiar with the yoga asanas, join the practice and we’ll take your familiarity to a new level.

“Basic Steps” This class is an excellent way to introduce your body to Yoga. Here we explore basic asanas (postures), breath awareness and relaxation techniques. No specific fitness level is required. You will be encouraged to honor your own abilities and explore your boundaries.

“Integrative Yoga” Within the integration of movements, quietness, hand positions (mudras), breath (pranayama), postures (asanas), affirmations, mantras and concentration we integrate the physical, mental, emotional and subtle bodies.

“Vinyasa Flow and Moody Yoga” "It is a State of Grace". Carefully balanced sequences with the flow of yoga postures, where the breath is the guide for the motions. The waves of the flow bring peace and awareness…but all will be cater according to the “mood” of the morning.

"Intermediate Level Vinyasa Yoga" is a vigorous, free-flowing style of yoga. Students with prior experience in any style of yoga will quickly feel at ease in this intermediate level class. Expect to sweat, to gain both strength and flexibility, and to have FUN as the practice unfolds. This is a class full of joy, laughter, and deep exploration of the art and science of yoga.

"'Honoring Newness' Pre-Natal Yoga"  Prenatal yoga is a gentle class for mamas-to-be, honoring the goddess within. Nurtures the nurturers with supportive postures to assist with pregnancy for flexibility, balance, strength, and to aid with preparations for the miracle of birth. Focuses on breathing and relaxation. No experience required, just come barefoot and pregnant!
